KAZMPIRE LIMITED AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement explains how the KazMPIRE Limited Affiliate Program works. By joining the program, using the affiliate dashboard, or promoting any KazMPIRE Limited product or service, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Program
The KazMPIRE Affiliate Program is operated by KazMPIRE Limited (“KazMPIRE”).
2. Products Covered
Affiliates may earn commissions on selected KazMPIRE products and services, including:
• Web Design
• Web Design Training
• Contact Gain
• WhatsApp Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Meatsharing
• Overnight Movies
KazMPIRE may add or remove products from the program at any time.
3. Commissions
Commission rates vary by product.
The commission percentage shown on your affiliate dashboard at the time a sale is completed is the commission that applies to that sale.
The affiliate dashboard is the final and authoritative record for commission rates. Messages, conversations, or prior discussions do not override what is shown on the dashboard.
4. Trial (Probationary) Period
All affiliates start with a 90-day probationary period from the date their account is activated.
During this period:
• Performance and lead quality are reviewed.
• No exclusivity applies.
• All standard affiliate rules remain in effect.
After the probationary period, KazMPIRE may continue, modify, or discontinue the affiliate relationship, and may grant conditional or product-specific exclusivity at its discretion.
5. When a Commission Is Earned
A commission is earned only when:
• The customer is new to KazMPIRE.
• The sale is successfully completed.
• Full payment is received by KazMPIRE.
• The sale is properly tracked on the affiliate dashboard.
Introductions, discussions, or untracked sales do not qualify for commission.
6. Payments and Collections
Affiliates are not authorized to receive or collect payments on behalf of KazMPIRE.
All customer payments must be made:
• Through the KazMPIRE website, or
• Directly to KazMPIRE Limited’s official bank account or approved payment channels.
Payments made outside these channels are not recognized and do not qualify for commission.
Affiliate commissions are paid only after full payment is received by KazMPIRE. Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours to 7 business days, unless a product has a stated delay due to delivery or completion.
7. Pricing and Representation
Affiliates may not:
• Set or negotiate prices
• Offer discounts or incentives
• Promise results, timelines, or deliverables
• Represent themselves as employees, partners, or agents of KazMPIRE
All pricing, scope, fulfillment, and payment decisions are handled solely by KazMPIRE.
8. Exclusivity
The affiliate program is non-exclusive by default.
Exclusivity, where granted, is:
• Product-specific
• Performance-based
• Time-bound
Exclusivity is never implied and is valid only when expressly confirmed in writing by KazMPIRE. It may be withdrawn if performance expectations are not met or program rules are breached.
9. Account Review and Termination
Affiliate accounts may be reviewed periodically. KazMPIRE may suspend or terminate accounts due to inactivity, misuse, misrepresentation, or actions that harm the company or its customers.
10. Changes to This Agreement
KazMPIRE may update this agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
